Berta Bridal is a well-known fashion house not only in their native country of Israel, but worldwide. You may have seen some of Berta Baliti’s (founder and designer) pieces of art before. Meghan Trainor’s wedding gown, Billie Shepherd’s wedding gown, Miss USA 2015 Olivia Jordan’s final competition dress at Miss Universe 2015, Priyanka Chopra’s red-carpet dress at JBL Fest in Las Vegas, and Aarika Wolf’s red-carpet dress at the 2019 BRITs just to name a few. The Berta fashion house creates modern, sexy designs while still finding ways to incorporate vintage and traditional aspects into their pieces.
The Berta Spring 2020 Bridal Collection debuted a few days ago at New York Bridal Fashion Week and, like their other collections, it was a hit. The sleek, modern, reinvented yet romantic designs made people fall in love with the collection. The intricate detailing and bead work that lay across the sheer fabric was stunning and would make anyone wearing it shine. Might I mention the white jumpsuit with the crystal beaded bustier underneath and the solid white, high slit, deep V dress with beads on the sheer fabric that lay across the chest and hip made people start talking. These garments are not just wedding attire; these pieces can be worn on the red carpet.
The designs in this collection are some of the best that came out of fashion week, and anyone who gets the chance to wear these designs, or any of the designs that come from Berta, are truly lucky. Here are a some of my top favorites from the Berta Spring 2020 Bridal Collection.
