The final of Miss Universe Canada 2019 is set to take place on Saturday, August 17, 2019. The winner of the competition will go on and represent Canada at Miss Universe 2019 while the 1^st runner up with go to Miss International 2019 and 2^nd runner up with go to Miss Eco International 2020.

If you are a follower of international pageants as well as Canadian pageants for a while now, you may saw a few familiar names listed above. Sasha Lombardi is the reigning Miss Eco Canada 2019 (placed in the Top 20 at Miss Eco International 2019) which, I believe, makes her not eligible for the Miss Eco Canada 2020 title. Alyssa Boston, Miss Supranational Canada 2018 and Miss Eco Canada 2018, will also be competing. Like Sasha, I believe Alyssa will not be eligible for the Eco title due to already representing Canada at that pageant before. Other names you may have heard of are Alice Li, Miss Intercontinental Canada 2018; Mattea Henderson, Miss Intercontinental Canada 2017; Grace Diamani, Miss Grand Canada 2018; Miriam Mattova, Miss Universe Bikini 2013; Rita Houkayem, Reinado Internacional del Café Canada 2019; Sara Winter, Miss Teen Canada 2011, Super Model International 2012, and Top Model of the World 2014; Kara Granger, Miss Globe 2017 and Jacqueline Wojciechowski, Miss Globe 2014.
